MOSCOW, Oct. 11 -. RIA Novosti Vladimir Putin canceled his visit to France because of the "dropped out of the program of activities," said press secretary Dmitry Peskov.At the same time the French leader Francois Hollande said he was ready to meet with his counterpart in "any time."
