(ANSA) - Rome, - Some 7,400 Italian secondary-school students spent some time (three months, six months or the full year) in schools abroad in 2015-2016, a report by Intercultura said Monday.
The number has risen by 111% since 2009, it said.
Geographically, the parts of Italy that saw more students going to foreign schools were the centre and the north-west, the report said.
The favourite destination was the United States.
