Authentic news,No fake news.

Kuvendi-i-madhTIRANA, Feb 9 /ATA/ – Albanian Parliament on Thursday is expected to decide to postpone for 30 more days the mandate of the ad hoc Committee tasked with finalizing the Electoral Reform in the country.
Lawmakers are expected to vote on a request made by the Socialist co-chairman Tulant Balla to postpone for another month the mandate of the Committee, which started its work on December 2015.
Following an initial 60-day delay in December which unfortunately proved without any positive result between the parties whose intention had been to partially change the electoral code. Such discussions have led to a delay of law amendment when the country is on the verge of elections.
The opposition is accused of obstructing the electoral reform recommended by international organizations such as OSCE/ODIHR, requesting the use of electronic voting on June 18.
In contradiction to the request the socialist member made earlier, Tulant Balla, the opposition’s vice chairman of the Special Committee for the Electoral Reform, Oerd Bylykbashi maintained it was only a means to further delay this Committee proceeding while damaging the reform itself, the democratic member said.
