Over 3,000 bikers from Belarus, Russia, the Baltic states and countries of Western Europe took part in the festival celebrating the closing of the motorcycle season 2016 H.O.G. Rally Minsk. The festival kicked off at the Mound of Glory Memorial. The column of bikers led by Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko was accompanied by the Strela road patrol service from the Mound of Glory to the Sports Palace.
