"It is something of the most ingrained, combined with the consumption of sugary drinks or soft drinks, the fresh waters are very 'misleading' because they really contain a lot of sugar and are usually prepared with concentrates and not with natural fruit," he said.
He mentioned that another aspect to consider is "skipping" the meals, since the lack of one of them, mainly of the breakfast, contributes to generate a greater sensation of hunger.
"Another referent is that at dinner they eat more, they come to the night very hungry for having skipped one meal or 'put' two in one, and skip a meal that propitiates the metabolism to be slower," he said.
He pointed out that another "bad habit" of food is chewing very fast foods, which leads to the sooner the feeling of satiety, but soon afterwards the person is again hungry, and may have digestive discomfort as Reflux or acidity.
He pointed out that separate mention deserves the consumption of foods of high energy quality, with an excessive content of flours, fats and sugars.
He lamented the custom of adding salt to foods without having tried them before, "daily salt intake should be three to five grams maximum to avoid the risk of high blood pressure or kidney damage."
